Cyber Screen is a boutique consultancy that tailors research papers and security solutions for its clients. We have a range of clients in both the public and private sectors. Cyber Screen has traditionally focussed on a broad range of telecommunications security solutions and is expanding into IT and network security.
Due to a surge in demand for IT and network security advice, we are seeking a part time researcher to provide tailored research papers and assessments for our clients. Industry experience in penetration testing, reverse engineering of malware and/or cryptography would be preferable. The ideal candidate will have international experience in private, government and/or academic circles.
We expect candidates to have a current appreciation of industry standards and issues as well as possessing strong analytical and problem solving skills. You will use your existing industry knowledge and experience to produce papers and /or conduct security reviews and assessments on behalf of our clients.
You will have either completed or are currently studying (post-graduate only) a relevant information/network security degree from a reputable institution. The hours for this position are flexible – it is part time and can be worked around your existing industry employment. While a candidate based in Melbourne is desired, this position is flexible in location and working from home would be ideal.
